A typical flow of B2B goods

Six steps from the order being created at the sender to the goods being received and processed by the recipient. Documentation and tracking status update automatically at every stage.

The customer places the order directly in the platform or through an EDI integration. Goods type, quantity and delivery address are set from the start — and the right carrier product is selected automatically.
Picking lists are generated and shipping labels printed. The goods are handled to the destination's requirements — palletised, shrink-wrapped or in bulk — and the shipment is traceable from the first scan.
The goods are loaded, weighed and documented. CMR consignment notes and any customs papers are prepared automatically. The carrier receives a pickup notice with time and references.
The truck or groupage transport is on its way. Every stop updates tracking in real time — sender, recipient and any 3PL partners follow the shipment in the same platform.
The goods arrive and are scanned in. Any discrepancies — damage, shortages or the wrong package — are logged straight into the portal, and a claim can be opened right away.
The recipient confirms delivery and closes the case. Receipt and proof of delivery are available in the platform — and return logistics can be started with one click if needed.
