Our pricing makes it easy to get started.

No setup fees. No development costs. No monthly subscriptions. When you ship parcels, you pay!

The philosophy
At Homerunner the price is tied to what you actually ship. Not to a contract you sign before the first shipment has even left.
That means no start-up invoice to get onto the platform, no hourly rate for the integration that connects us to your ERP or WMS, and no fixed monthly licence running whether you are busy or quiet. You pay for the parcels that get sent. The rest is part of the partnership.
It is a model that only makes sense if both sides grow from it. That is why it is built the way it is.
Your parcels are pooled with many others.
When you ship through Homerunner, you are not standing at the negotiating table alone. Your volume is added to the volume of the other companies on the platform, and every customer negotiates with the combined amount behind them.
That opens up carrier terms which would otherwise require a shipping volume very few companies reach on their own. You keep your own business. You simply get a better hand when the terms are agreed with the carriers.
The effect is biggest on international shipping
On the Danish market, most companies with a certain volume can find reasonable agreements on their own. It is on exports that the combined volume really moves the needle.
Your own exports to Sweden, Germany or the Netherlands rarely weigh enough to carry any clout in each market on its own. Added to everyone else's, they do. The modest flow of parcels to Hamburg that means nothing by itself becomes real weight once it counts towards the combined volume to Germany.
If you have markets beyond the Nordics, this is typically where the model matters most to your price. The same applies when you ship outside the EU. Many companies drown in customs clearance and dangerous-goods handling, and this is often where the hours disappear into manual admin on each individual order. With us, customs and dangerous goods are handled automatically as part of the shipment.
You save the admin that otherwise comes with every single order to countries outside the EU.

The price covers more than freight
The price of a shipment at Homerunner is not just the transport from A to B. It covers the work that would otherwise sit as internal hours with you.
This is part of the price:
- Integration to your ERP or WMS, set up and maintained
- Ongoing development and new platform features, with no separate invoice
- Carrier management: agreements, setup and follow-up across your carriers
- One combined invoice across carriers and markets
- Support that knows your setup, instead of starting over every time
- Data across all of your shipments, gathered in one place
These are tasks that would otherwise take people, systems or external consultants on your side. Here they sit on the platform.
Your business in live data
Freight at Homerunner is not only shipments. It is also the data those shipments leave behind, and we give you direct access to it.
The platform delivers live data about your business through MCP. That means your own AI assistant can connect to your shipping data and answer your questions in plain language while the numbers are still fresh. Not a report you order and wait for, but an answer you get the moment you ask.
You can ask things like:
- Which destinations cost the most per shipment right now
- How high the return rate is on your German orders this month
- When your peak actually peaks, and how big it is
- Which carriers hit the delivery time on your routes
It does not take a data project, a BI tool or a consultant. It takes an AI assistant and the access that comes with the platform. The difference is that you tune your business on knowledge of what is actually happening, instead of on gut feeling. For a company with volume, that is the difference between guessing and knowing.
Most shipping platforms deliver data as an export or a report you pull after the fact. Live access through MCP, which your own AI assistant can work with directly, is a different starting point for running a business on the numbers.

“We do not start with a price list, we start with your own numbers. Once we have run the calculations on them, you know exactly what it costs, and why.”

Factors that determine the price
Needs are not the same from company to company, and neither is the price.
These are the factors we calculate on when we put together a proposal on your numbers:
- Volume and how it develops over the year — how much you ship, and how it moves
- Destination mix — the split between Denmark, the Nordics and the rest of Europe
- Weight and dimensions — letters, parcels, heavy items, pallets
- Carrier mix and service requirements — home delivery, parcel shop, business, time windows
- Seasonal swings and peak — how much your peak load takes up
- Return rate — how large a share of your shipments comes back
- Number of systems to integrate — ERP, WMS, webshop, order management
- Customs and B2B requirements — documentation, business shipments, exports outside the EU
Who are we a good fit for?
The model is built for volume customers. It makes sense for some and less sense for others, and we would rather say so directly than start a partnership that does not add up.
We are typically a good fit if you:
- Ship from around 100,000 shipments a year and up
- Use several carriers, or want to be able to switch between them
- Ship to several markets, not just Denmark
- Have an ERP or WMS that needs to work together with your shipments
- Want carrier management, integration and support gathered in one place
There are better solutions if you:
- Ship a few hundred parcels a month
- Use one carrier and have no plans to change that
- Run a standard webshop with no ERP or WMS behind it
- Only ship to Danish home addresses
If you are in the second group, you are better served by a simpler setup than ours. We will gladly tell you that before you spend time on a proposal.
We have a genuinely good partner who can help you if you are not big enough for Homerunner yet. And we are ready to catch you and take you further the moment you are.

How we calculate your price
Four steps from the first conversation to a concrete proposal based on your own data.
1. A conversation about your setup.
We talk about what you ship, where to, and which systems are in play. This is where we work out whether the model fits you at all.
2. An export of historical shipments.
You send an export of your shipments from the past year. Volumes, destinations, weight and carriers. We tell you exactly which fields we need.
3. A calculation on your actual data.
We calculate on your real shipments, not on averages or assumptions. You get a picture that matches what you actually ship.
4. A concrete proposal.
We go through the price, what is included, and what you can expect at the volume you have. You are left with a number you can keep working with.
What you need ready for step 2:
A shipment export from the past year with volumes, destinations, weight and the carriers you use today.
