We support Click & Collect to your own stores and delivery to parcel lockers, so your customers can choose the collection option that suits them without you having to build and maintain the integrations. You can also rent parcel lockers from us if you want your own for handovers.

Containers and imports
If you also bring goods in from Asia, Homerunner handles container transport from production to warehouse. That connects inbound and outbound logistics in one holistic setup instead of across two suppliers. From container to the customer's door, all handled in the same intuitive platform.

Support with product depth
Our support is built on a strong mix of people and AI. We monitor your shipments 24/7 to anticipate events that could disrupt delivery, and if something does happen, we send a notification to the recipient. A system change has four phases, whichever system you are coming from. We start by mapping your current agreements and integrations. Then comes setting up the new flow alongside the old one. Next is a test period with both systems running to make sure everything works, and finally the move of your full volume.

Integrations to ERP and WMS are typically the heavy part, and we build that into the plan from day one. Our onboarding team makes sure you know the procedures thoroughly before we go live.
