Logtrade's published Enterprise plan covers 3,000 shipments a month, equivalent to 36,000 a year.

If you ship more than 100,000 parcels a year, you are already well beyond what they call enterprise. Ask about the price and the terms at your actual volume before you compare.

The EU customs changes from 1 July 2026 have made correct HS codes and product data a requirement, not a detail, and the rules tighten further towards 2028. UBsend can add duties and VAT to international shipments.

That is not the same as a managed customs process. Ask who owns the compliance responsibility the day a shipment gets stuck.

Logtrade is software. You negotiate and pay for the carrier agreements directly with DHL, PostNord and the other carriers. Logtrade administers the agreements, it does not own them. That work still sits with you.

We support Click & Collect to your own stores and delivery to parcel lockers, so your customers can choose the collection option that suits them without you having to build and maintain the integrations. You can also rent parcel lockers from us if you want your own for handovers.


Containers and imports

What does switching take?

A system change has four phases, whichever system you are coming from. We start by mapping your current agreements and integrations. Then comes setting up the new flow alongside the old one. Next is a test period with both systems running to make sure everything works, and finally the move of your full volume.

Integrations to ERP and WMS are typically the heavy part, and we build that into the plan from day one. Our onboarding team makes sure you know the procedures thoroughly before we go live.
